When I was 20-years-old, I decided to become the healthiest version of myself. I changed my diet, made fitness my priority, and ate a really clean diet. I ended up wrecking my life and health for the next 10 years.
I tried every solution and hack to stop binge eating, purging, excessive fasting, and dieting. I finally did figure out a way to overcome it all, but it was a long and painful process. It caused me a lot of stress, doubt, anxiety, and it affected every aspect of my life.
I started as a personal trainer in my early 20’s and then became a physical therapist, then a coach to help others eat right, lose weight, take control of their lives, and get fit again. What a journey.
